Three-Vehicle Crash Shuts Down Busy Road In Mahopac

A three-vehicle crash on Baldwin Place Road closed down the roadway for a short time Monday as first responders worked to make sure there were no injuries.

The crash occurred a little past 2 p.m., and was reported as a crash with injuries, officials said.

Numerous department responded including Mahopac Falls Fire, EMS, and Fire Police, along with multiple Carmel police officers and members of the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.

Mahopac Falls Assistant Chief Bob Trace arrived on scene and reported there were no injuries, so the roadway, which had been closed at Mahopac Middle School, was reopened once all vehicles were removed.
